		<description>Good point Matthew.  I know that if I start getting in that mindset of I &quot;should&quot; meditate then it becomes a source of stress if I don&#039;t or sense of achievement when I do - both of which miss the intent of meditation I think!</description>

I love how in you state that you do not do any formal meditation, and yet the very fact that you &quot;don&#039;t have a formal practice&quot; makes your practice so powerfully real and deep. I think so many folks get stuck trying get get &quot;somwhere&quot; and do &quot;something&quot; in their meditation. They work so hard at being the &quot;meditator&quot; that it can become another plaything of the mind to avoid the moment.</description>
