Yoga Stick Figures for Your Practice Sequences

by Charlotte Bradley on June 15, 2009

Throughout my yoga teacher training, I experimented with different ways of creating notes so that I could keep track of where I was as I taught classes. I definitely needed something to jog my memory and at the suggestion of my instructor and a friend (thanks Mo and Kristen!), I decided to try yoga stick figures. I found the stick figures to be the easiest and least fussy way to keep track of the sequence as I was teaching and also great for following along at home while doing my own practice. I was able to fit 20 stick dudes on an 8½ x 11 sheet of paper so that they were still a good size and easy to see at a glance.

Below find links to a collection of the yoga stick figures that I have drawn so far. Please feel free to use these for sequencing your home practice or classes. If you would like to contribute to the collection, send your drawings to charlotte AT yogaflavoredlife.com and I will add them here. Enjoy!

I will continue to add more drawings. If you would like to receive updates, you can sign up for my rss feed here.
