Boundless Freedom Meditation

I am the lotus flower,
Blooming beautifully  in the muck.

I am the oak tree,
Firmly rooted in the earth.

I am the brilliant diamond,
Stunning in its clarity.

I am consciousness expanding,
Boundless in its freedom
