I have a practice in Boulder, Colorado as an Integrative Wellness Counselor & Thai Yoga Massage Therapist. I have studied Ayurveda with Dr. Vasant Lad in Albuquerque, NM and Kam Thye Chow in Montreal Canada. I have been practicing Ayurveda & Lifestyle Balancing for 8 years as an Integrative Wellness Counselor. Lotus Palm also teaches introductory classes in Ayurveda & Thai Yoga Massage.
My teacher Kam Thye Chow is also a survivor of an incredible near Death/Life experience. Thai Massage and the Community it draws is very beneficial to Health & Wellness of Mind, Body & Spirit. Visit Montreal & spend time with Kam & the wonderful family of Lotus Palm. We are very fortunate to still have Kam Thye Chow teaching again as strong as ever. He is highly respected teacher of Thai Yoga Massage &a Master of Great Excellence! I believe his school Lotus Palm in Montreal is the best in North America. Incidently, my Mother almost named me Anne-Marie. She was French/Canadian, grew up near Montreal and so she named me Jeanette just like her best childhood friend.
