A Mini Workshop on Eagle Arms

November 11, 2014 by Charlotte Bradley

Do you sit at your computer all day long? If yes, it is likely you hunch and your shoulders roll forward. Over time, this can end up causing tension, aches and pains. This is uncomfortable, decreases focus and is not good for your posture.

Eagle Arms provides a nice stretch for the shoulders and upper back. It is a great way  to relieve tension in your upper body at the base of your neck. And it improves your posture.

Don’t limit Eagle Arms to Eagle Pose! In this video I go through a few poses where I like to throw in Eagle arms. You don’t even have to leave your chair. Just take this arm position while at your desk for a nice release!
